For the best impression, I took the cariPRO™ Dental Probiotics for two weeks. It was recommended that I try the product for at least a week before noticing a change in my dental hygiene and I can honestly say after a week, I noticed a change.
Per instruction, I chewed one pill slowly every night after brushing my teeth. After a week, my mouth felt cleaner. To me, just brushing my teeth at night is not enough, I used to wake up with a bad taste in my mouth and immediately feel like brushing my teeth before breakfast.
